Annual Picnic

August 15^th, 2026 (Saturday) – Noon to 5 PM

Town Hall Tavern / B&B Park Bowl

5624 N 2^nd St. Loves Park, IL

There will be Refreshments, Free Bowling, Open Pool Tables and Bean Bag Boards (outside).

This year’s event will be free for all active and retired members to attend.

  The Union picnic is for you and your immediate family, as a way of thanking you for all that you do at work, in your community and within your Local Union.  There will be food and refreshments provided as we have done in the past. The food menu this year will include Burgers, Brats, Chips, Pasta Salad & Potato Salad.  We hope you all come out and enjoy the day with family and friends.

It has come to our attention that UAW members have been contacted by mail and phone regarding their membership status and contact info. There are, indeed, efforts underway to verify contact information and voter eligibility, as well as initiatives to test data already acquired. While it’s wise to always use caution in providing personal information, nothing beyond contact information and membership status should be provided. If any requests are made for additional information, please let us know as soon as possible.
